This hotel exceeded my expectations on many levels. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a cozy ambiance. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it was a bit far from the shops and bus stop, the location was great for attending the convention center just across the street. The room was small but clean, and the bathroom was excellent. The staff provided wonderful service, especially a tall and thin gentleman who was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the kitchen staff were kind and helpful.
The hotel lacked air conditioning, making our room quite hot during our stay.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great.
